Operator Training on Your Site's
Exact Equipment and Design

A technician works through a procedure on a 3D model of the exact unit. They can try the steps in any order. The model stops an unsafe step as it is attempted, says why, and cites the manual page. It also shows every mode the unit can be in and what carries power or coolant in each.

A Working Model Built from
the Manufacturer's Manuals

Visum AI builds a working model of each piece of data center equipment, such as a coolant distribution unit or a UPS, from the manufacturer's manuals and drawings. The model knows every mode the unit can be in and refuses any step that is unsafe.

Refuses an unsafe step, and cites the page
If a step is tried out of order, Visum refuses it and names the manual page that makes the order unsafe.
Catches a second live feed
Visum checks every source that can energize a piece of equipment. If a second feed still reaches it after the isolation steps, Visum names that feed and its path.
Shows the downstream impact of a step
Before a step runs, see what else loses power or flow because of it.
Every mode of the unit
The model shows every mode the unit can be in and what carries power or coolant in each.
No LLM decides pass or fail
Every check runs as a fixed set of rules against the equipment and site models. The same procedure and the same models give the same result every time, so a pass cannot be fabricated.
The same models feed training, commissioning scripts and procedures
What technicians are trained on and what the check enforces never drift apart.

Operators, Manufacturers, Commissioning Firms and Maintenance Companies

Training makes the technician safer and faster. It does not replace them.

Data center operators (hyperscalers, colos, enterprise), and the staff who run the equipment
Train your staff, and get commissioning scripts and procedures, built for your site's exact equipment and design.
What they buy: training for site staff; commissioning scripts and procedures for the equipment they install.
Equipment manufacturers (CDU, UPS, switchgear)
Your equipment, modelled from your documents, to train your field staff and your customers.
What they buy: a model of each equipment line, with training, commissioning scripts and procedures built on it.
Commissioning firms
Train commissioning technicians on the exact unit before they test it.
What they buy: training for their technicians, on the same models that produce their commissioning scripts.
Maintenance and service companies
Train technicians on the exact unit before they touch it.
What they buy: training for their technicians; procedures for the equipment they maintain.
