Procedure Studio is the first product built on that connection. It crafts complete, site-specific MOP, SOP, and EOP sets grounded in your equipment manuals, single-line diagrams, and safety standards, with every step cited to the manual page, standard clause, or drawing behind it. Engineers review and approve each draft. We are extending the same work to liquid cooling and 800VDC infrastructure, the technology data centers are building today with the least written guidance."

Helping define the operations
layer, not just build on it.

We are working with standards bodies, national labs, and hyperscale operators to give AI factory operations a shared, open vocabulary, the same way Brick did for building automation a decade ago.

An open vocabulary for AI factory operations
We are extending the Brick Schema with twelve operational entity classes covering procedures, interlocks, isolation points, and safety steps. The extension validates with zero SHACL violations against a real CDU specification published through the Open Compute Project. Read the technical writeup →
Selected pending review, OCP Global Summit 2026
Two submissions selected pending draft review: a Future Technologies Symposium paper on a machine-verifiable operations layer for AI factories, and a Cooling Environments breakout extracting machine-verifiable CDU safety procedures from OCP Project Deschutes. Both co-authored with Marco Pritoni of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
Building a shared CDU vocabulary
We are collaborating with engineers at Google and NVIDIA, alongside Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, on a shared, open vocabulary for CDU operations that extends Brick and ASHRAE 223P: a naming and structure standard the industry can build on, not a format locked to one vendor.
